DuckDuckGo Custom Search Configuration

Search Autodiscovery for Desktop Firefox and Tor Browser

  1. Right click on the toolbar and select ‘Customise Toolbar’.
  2. Drag ‘Search’ to the toolbar.
  3. Visit any of the below alternatives:
  4. In the search bar click on the green ‘+’ button (‘Add search engine’).
  5. Open ‘Settings’.
  6. Select ‘Search’.
  7. Go back to the ‘Search’ settings and select the newly added one as default.
  8. Now go back to the first point, and remove the search bar.
